Terms & Conditions

Updated: 2025-12-26

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and any tours, private charters, or travel-related services provided by us.

1) About us

IYUE TRAVEL PTY LTD (ABN 75 684 052 846) ("we", "us", "our").

Contact: info@iyuetravel.com.au

Address: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

2) Bookings & confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only when we accept it in writing (email/message) and the required payment is received.
  • Details shown on a product page (itinerary, inclusions, pickup time/location, requirements) form part of your booking.
  • If a specific tour has additional rules shown on its page, those rules apply to that tour.

3) Prices, taxes & changes

  • Prices may change until your booking is confirmed and payment is received.
  • Some components may be provided by third parties (drivers, operators, venues). Their fees/taxes may change.
  • Where relevant, currency fluctuations and supplier costs may affect the final price before confirmation.

4) Payments (including future online payments)

  • If we enable online payments, payments will be processed by third-party payment providers.
  • We generally do not store full card details; we retain transaction records needed for reconciliation and support.
  • If a payment fails or is reversed (e.g., chargeback), we may suspend or cancel the booking where permitted by law.

5) Changes requested by you

  • We will try to accommodate changes (date/time/pickup/passenger details), subject to availability.
  • Changes may incur an administration fee and/or supplier change fees reflecting reasonable costs.

6) Cancellations by you (tour-specific policy)

Each tour/product page (and/or your booking confirmation message) states its own cancellation policy. That policy applies to that specific tour.

If a tour does not state a cancellation policy, cancellation fees (if any) will reflect reasonable costs already incurred and losses from reserving services (not a penalty).

No-shows or late arrivals may be treated as cancellations, subject to the tour policy and actual costs incurred.

We do not offer travel credit unless explicitly stated for a specific tour.

7) Cancellations or changes by us

  • We may change or cancel a service for safety, weather, road closures, venue restrictions, supplier changes, or events beyond our control.
  • If we cancel, we will discuss rescheduling or a refund. Where permitted by law, any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred may be deducted.
  • We are not responsible for independent costs you booked yourself (e.g., flights, accommodation), unless required by law.

8) Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees for services.

If services are not provided with due care and skill, are not fit for purpose, or are not delivered within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to remedies.

9) Your responsibilities (documents, health & requirements)

  • Provide accurate passenger and contact details.
  • If your travel involves international components arranged by you, you are responsible for passport/visa validity and entry requirements.
  • Tell us in advance about mobility needs, medical conditions, allergies, or child seat requirements where relevant.

10) Pickup, lateness & no-show

  • Please be ready at the confirmed pickup/meeting time.
  • If you are late, the itinerary may be shortened and you may miss components.
  • If you do not attend (no-show), it may be treated as a cancellation under the tour policy.

11) Safety & conduct

  • Follow safety instructions and local laws.
  • We may refuse service for unsafe, abusive, illegal, or disruptive behaviour. Refunds are subject to law and actual costs.

12) Liability

Travel may involve inherent risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the affected portion, where permitted.

13) Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

If translations are provided, the English version prevails to the extent of any inconsistency.
